In addition to Researching ergonomic and safety principles, the Program conducts Testing when appropriate using the dedicated Ergonomics & Safety Program Laboratory.
Not only is it vital that scientific and engineering principles be used to explore and propose solutions for the modern workplace, it is equally vital to be sure that needs are met and that no unintended consequences result from the solution.
A rigorous Testing program will be designed, conducted, and analyzed to be sure that customer needs were captured (Validation) and that these needs are indeed met by the solution (Verification).
The Ergonomics & Safety Laboratory is just one important aspect and asset of the Ergonomics & Safety Program.
